General classes of parabolic systems with variable coefficients are defined. The classical theory of the Cauchy problem in these spaces is constructed for these classes. A new method for investigating the Green function of the Cauchy problem for such systems with independent spatial variables is proposed, which does not use the concept of the genus of system and does not require access to a complex space. Holmgren's classic method of establishing the unity of the problem Cauchy solution is generalized. The convolutionality of the Green function in each space of type S for hyperbolic Shilov systems is established. The Cauchy Task Correctness Class for such systems has been expanded. In the example of unlimited string oscillation, these results are illustrated. For the fractal time equations corresponding to parabolic differential and pseudo differential equations, the properties of the Green function are investigated by a new method. The Dirichlet and Neumann problems for the fractional of thermal conductivity and the Cauchy problem for fractal telegraph equation in the spaces of Dini are solved. The stochastic parabolic multi-point problem is solved. Sufficient stability conditions in different senses and conditions for optimal control for stochastic random structure systems with Markov parameters were found.
