Aim of study: development and substantiation of the conceptual and theoretical and methodological foundations of the gender approach to the formation of physical culture of the personality and the criteria for its evaluation in the upbringing of children, adolescents and young people in order to enhance their physical and spiritual health, which is a necessary condition for the preservation of the gene pool of Ukraine.
