In the frame work of conducted investigations for solving a low-frequency radio astronomy tasks, the following were developed: information technology for radio images reconstruction of celestial sphere site using URAN-3 radio telescope; nonlinear filtering methods on signal lower envelope with impulse interferences; the estimation the distribution function of final samples of random values was performed; the same character of time history of average monthly trend of atmospheric infrasound was defined; a new approach was proposed to filtering the optical images interferences and their classification using point configurations analysis; methods of images compression without losses were described and a method of damaged trees (by pests) detection based on neural networks were proposed; critical changes of surface and ground waters, including the Svitiaz Lake water level, within the West Polissia nature-protected territory were defined using space, echo sounding, hydrological and meteorological monitoring
