The aim of the work is to define munfnional status of genes BRCA1 and BRCA2for women with ovaries cancer and to test the algorithms of prognosis of carrier of mutations. Research methods - medical and genetic counseling, molecular genetic studies, methoda jf mathematical statistics. It was determined that frequancy of positive family anamnesis of ovaries cancer in cohort with radiation anamnesis (main groop) and without it (control groop) was tha same. According to prognostic results of munfnions the best discriminatory ability in identification of reliable BRCA-positive and BRCA-neganive persons in the investigated cohort has a model of BOADICEA and Manchester ball system. The algorithms of Penn II and Mariad are confessed not enaugh effective. It was worked out the effective algorithm of BRCA1/2 mutations identification of patients with radiation anamnesis.
