The objective – development of effective analytico-numerical methods for analysis of distributions of the temperature, stresses and displacements in thick-walled radially-inhomogeneous, cylindrical solids under the complex action of external force and thermal loadings and local distributions of the internal technological residual strains. The primary goal was set to construct the solutions of the formulated problems in the form of explicit functional dependences on the loading factors, which is convenient for the analysis of strength and optimal control of the thermal and thermostressed states of inhomogeneous elements of pipelines. The methods of analysis – a verified macroscopic model model of an inhomogeneous solid was used when the material properties within the linear law of constitutive equations are arbitrary functions of the coordinates. The governing equations of the main heat-conduction, elasticity and thermoelasticity theories are taken as the initial ones within the quasistatic formulation. For the reductions of the formulated problems to the integral Volterra equations, the direct integration method was implemented, which was developed for solution of the equations of mathematical physics. In order to solve the obtained integral equations, the stable numerical algorithms and analytical methods were employed. The results Analytical solutions to the axisymmetric problems of the elasticity and thermoelasticity theories for cylinders with arbitrarily variable thermophysical properties are constructed. The obtained solutions offer ample opportunities for the analysis of the temperature and thermal stresses and for the verification of the solutions obtained within the framework of the shell theory.
