Among them, three compounds inhibiting SerRS by 25% were identified. These compounds possess antibacterial activity against methicillin resisistant S. aureus strain ATCC43300. The molecular dynamics of the complexes of the most effective inhibitors with the active site of S. aureus SerRS was performed.
