The effectiveness of the method of endovascular prosthetics (stenting) in the treatment of stem forms of arterial, arteriovenous, venous malformations has been proved. A smaller number of recurrences and recanalization of AVM were detected with the use of liquid embolizing substances by 12%. Higher efficiency of combined transarterial and transvenous access in the treatment of AVM has been proved. Neuroendovascular technologies are more effective in the catheterization of AVMs at distant anatomical areas, allowing endovascular interventions to be performed in early childhood. A new method of endovascular treatment of extracranial arteriovenous malformations contributes to a more radical exclusion of AVM from circulation, reducing the number of relapses by 47.7%. A new method of endovascular treatment of arteriovenous malformations of the upper extremity in the area of the fingers and brush significantly reduces the distance from the puncture site to the AVM, which enables reliable occlusion of the AVM vessels in the area of the fingers and hand. Reducing the number of relapses does not require repeated endovascular interventions, eliminates the need for strict bed rest. The new method of endovascular treatment of capillary malformations allows to improve the results of treatment, to reduce the number of secondary endovascular interventions 2-3 times in patients with capillary malformation.
