According to the results of research and work, technology, specialized equipment and control system of the process of electro-slag remelting have been developed. Computer control and control system using modern algorithms has been developed. This made it possible to create modern automated technology that provided the required quality of ingots with stable characteristics and competitive technological performance. The method of controlling the process of electroslag remelting with the use of data on-line monitoring of crystallizer operation was investigated.
