A possibility of modulation of membranotropic activity of the pharmaceuticals depending on lipid composition was shown. The key role of the salt composition of media for such liposomal characteristics as diameter, polydispersity and ξ-potential was determined. Interaction kinetics of the liposomal carriers loaded with azithromycin or fenspiride with model lipid membranes was studied. It was established that interaction of pharmaceuticals with lipid membranes occurs on the background of mutual diffusion of membrane and liposomal lipids.
