Aim of study: to study the role of genes polymorphisms and non-coding RNA expression level in the molecular genetic mechanisms of adaptation and pathological processes in the myocardium during prolonged intensive physical exercises.
Aim of the research stage: by silencing (interference) RNA gene DNA to establish the possibility of reducing the risk of pathologe of the myocardium under the influence of intense physical exercises.

Article of research: the establishment of the role of non-coding RNA and gene polymorphisms in the development of myocardial hypertrophy in response to intense physical loads of an aerobic nature and the possibility of correcting this link of molecular genetic mechanisms
