The nature of the volumetric changes occurring during heating of experimental coatings with different structural-phase composition is established and their heat-shielding ability is evaluated. The analysis and generalization of the tribotechnical behavior of the sealing coatings under the conditions of critical and minimum loads are carried out. The nature of the change in the mechanical and operational properties depending on the chemical composition of the coatings was studied, and the heat resistance of the developed materials was evaluated at high temperature heating up to 1100 ° C. The behavior of the developed coatings was simulated under the influence of an aggressive gas environment and a passport was obtained to conduct research on checking the performance of the developed sealing coverings.
