The parameters of operation mode for intercalation subcavitational ultrasound modification of carbon materials were determined. The optimal variability for Fermi level and fractal geometry with relevant kinetics of percolational current flow and diffusion in nano- and subnanopores was provided. The physical and technological parameters for supermagnetic and multiferroic materials formation in nanoscale geometry of host matrix with operable asymmetry of density of states under and over Fermi level and Zeeman localisation of charge carriers in quantum wells were investigated. The theoretical analysis of observed phenomena is performed and theoretical model is presented.
