At the same time, there was an increase in the total level of ROS and the rate of generation of NO-inducible NO - synthase by 1,7-2,5 times (p <0,05). This indicates that Ferroplat disrupts the pro/antioxidant balance in cells, leading to their death. It was found that the use of Ferroplat contributed to a decrease in the rate of oxygen uptake by MCF-7 and T47D cells by 26 % and 25 %, respectively (p <0,05). In cells of a high degree of malignancy, this indicator decreased by 38-40 % under the action of Ferroplat. Incubation of MCF-7 and T47D cells with this agent also led to a decrease in the content of cardiolipin by 15 and 16 % (p <0,05), and in MDA-MB-231, MCF-7/CP and MDA-MB-468 cells by 29 %, 30 %, and 32 %, respectively. In addition, the action of Ferroplat caused a decrease in magnesium and lactate levels in the cells of MCF-7 and T47D by 21-29 % and 14-24 %, respectively, while in the cells of MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-468 and MCF-7/CP by 34-38 % and 32-35 %, respectively. At the same time, the agent increased the level of glucose in low-grade cells by 20-23 % (p <0,05), and in high-grade cells and with the phenotype of drug resistance by 31-36 %. It has been established that Ferroplat leads to vacuole-hydropic cell dystrophy, the occurrence of the phenomena of blabing of the cytoplasmic membrane, multiple vacuolations of the cytoplasm, premature condensation of chromatin, hypertrophy of nucleoli and the appearance of "giant cells". Ferroplat caused a significant increase in the number of microkernels and the percentage of DNA in the tail of the comet in the cells of all the studied lines (p <0,05).Determined that under the influence of Ferroplat investigated cell lines were killed predominantly by apoptosis (more than 4,6 times).
