The purpose of the work - processing of experimental data and generalizing the results of studies on the characteristics of interaction of rhenium(III) compounds with native DNA, the influence of the ligand's environment on the luminescence intensity of rhenium(I) complex compounds and physicochemical properties characterizing the efficiency of the nanoparticles obtained. Research methods – the preparative chemistry and physicochemical methods of X-ray structural analysis (PCA), mass spectrometry, electron-, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) - and infrared (IR) spectroscopy. Was found, the Re2(6+) cluster fragment to separate complementary DNA bases irrespective of the nature of the ligands and the structural type of halogen-carboxylate direnium (III). The redox activation of DNA interaction with cluster's compounds of direnium (III) has been demonstrated and a possible covalent bond between the nucleic bases and the complex compound in the absence of intercalation interactions. It was determined that rhenium(I) complexes exhibit the phosphorescence; the presence of the substituents in the ligand reduces the quantum yield and the luminescence lifetime of the rhenium(I) complexes; the intercalation of dirhenium(III) clusters occurs in the interlayer space ZrP and on the surface of the nanoparticles. Was developed: the mechanism of interaction of cluster rhenium(III) compounds with cellular DNA; the method of obtaining nanosized forms loaded with rhenium(III) compounds; the recommendations for creating nanoscales forms loaded with complex junctions of transition elements. Fields of application: C 20.59 manufacture of other chemical products; C 21.20 production of pharmaceuticals and materials; P 85.42 higher education; Q 86.90 other activities in health protection.
