Purpose of work: development of the general theoretical dispersion model of excited states of crystal subsystems in conditions of external potential fields without restrictions on the magnitude of the wave vector; motion modeling of microparticles in low conductive dielectric droplets; further development of the theory of electric polarization, elastic deformation, dielectric susceptibility and stability conditions for homogeneous phase. Research Methods: Theoretical Analysis and Computer Modeling. The dispersion model of excited states of crystal subsystems under conditions of external potential fields is developed without restrictions on the magnitude of the wave vector; a generalized Taylor dielectric model with regard to surface electric current; concurrent simultaneous basic quantum and classical type descriptions for uneven quasiparticle dynamics; approximations are formulated to ensure that Minkowski generalized equations between components of the external field are fulfilled; a generalized Taylor dielectric model with regard to surface electric current; taking into account the angular distribution of the external electric field, the distribution of the electric potential inside and outside the low conductive dielectric ball immersed in the low conductive dielectric in the electric field is determined.  Product Description popup.authors Datsyuk Vitaly V.
