Research methods: physicochemical, physiological, biochemical, microbiological. Data on the pharmacokinetics of melanin were first obtained; found that melanin is retained for a long time on the wound surface of the skin, and accumulates in it, providing a long dermatotropic effect; the maximum concentration of melanin in the blood is observed after 1 h after application on the wound surface of the gel of carbopol with melanin. Optimal nutrient media for the intensification of the growth of R. brunnea 470 FCKU strain are complete liquid mediums, in particular barley malt extract with the addition of nitrogen sources. It has been shown for the first time that technical (crude) glycerol, which is a by-product of biodiesel production, can be used to accumulate P. brunne biomass. The amount of melanin synthesized depends on the amount of L-tyrosine and the carbon source introduced into the culture medium. The results obtained will allow us to make significant changes in the economic component upon receipt of the biomass of the R. brunnea strain and the melanin it synthesizes.  Product Description popup.authors Akulenko Tetyana V.
