The purpose of the work is to establish the basic regularities of regular and chaotic modes of interaction of liquid with solids and structures with perfect and non-ideal excitation. The formulated goal is achieved by theoretical generalization of published data and new scientific results, which were obtained in the study of the processes of interaction of structures and fluid with perfect and non-ideal excitation. Research methods - theoretical analysis and numerical experiment, which are aimed at studying the basic laws of the processes of interaction of fluid and structural elements.
