The study found that patients in the middle-aged group had a more severe course of the disease on the background of more frequent concomitant pathology. The features of the endoscopic picture of COPD are determined depending on age and gender. Peculiarities of lipid metabolism, vascular endothelium state, content of circulating immune complexes, markers of intestinal inflammation, peculiarities of structural state of the liver and local stiffness of the carotid artery wall by gender and age characteristics were investigated. Significant growth of arterial wall stiffness indices in patients with CZPC was determined depending on age. It is established that the imbalance in the composition of the intestinal microflora have gender and age differences. Methods of treatment are developed taking into account the revealed features.
Equipment: Pentax EC-380LKp and Olympus EVIS III (Japan) colonoscopes, Gastro + Gastrolyzer gas analyzer, ultrasound scanner.
Implementation in the health-care institutions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, which has a socio-economic effect (75 acts of implementation).
