Purpose of research – to develop a technique for aggregation of blastomeres processed to dissociation and followed culture, isolated from mammalian zygotes and early embryos, as a way to increase the viability of in vitro-embryos. Research methods – empirical (cell culture, cell engineering), microscopy, description; universal: analysis (statistical, correlation and comparative), generalization.
