According to the results of Raman light scattering of mixed AgxGaxGe1-xSe2 crystals by varying their component composition, we concluded that the two-mode nature of the phonon spectra redistribution. Raman scattering spectra of perspective nonlinear optical crystals of PbGa2GeS6 and PbGa2GeSe6 for near and middle IR bands were first experimentally investigated. Their egde interband absorption was experimentally investigated and indirect bandwidth values ​​were found to be 2.58 eV and 1.96 eV, respectively. Photoluminescent data was obtained for quadruple crystals of silver and lead sulfides and selenides for the first time. The conclusions about the nature of energy transitions that are responsible for the interband recombination of charge carriers and transitions involving deep energy levels of defects in the band gap were made.
