The aim of 1st stage of research - the molecular design of potential fibrinogen receptor antagonists based on 2-piperazinylquinazoline, 2-homopiperazinylquinazoline and 2,5-diazabicyclo[2.2.1]heptylquinazoline; synthesis of intermediate Boc-N-protected derivatives of 3-substituted GABAs to obtain subjects for exploration. The design of “nonclassical” potential antagonists of fibrinogen receptors based on 6-amino-2-piperazinylquinazoline, 6-amino-2-homopiperazinylquinazoline and 6-amino-2,5-diazabicyclo[2.2.1] heptylquinazoline derivatives was carried out. As the amino acid fragment for the amino group of the 6th position of the quinazoline were selected 3-substituted GABA containing phenyl, 4-chlorophenyl and 4-methoxyphenyl in the 3-position. The literature review was performed on the methods of synthesis of 3-substituted GABAs, the optimal methods, which allow to synthesize the planned objects were selected. According to the 6-step scheme, Boc-N-protected 3-phenyl derivatives of GABAs, which will later be used to obtaining new fibrinogen receptor antagonists were synthesized.
