For the first time, the crystal structure of PbGa2GeS6 (noncentrosymmetric PG Fdd2) was established and its crystals were obtained in sizes sufficient for physical measurements. The band structure of PbGa2GeS6, its optical parameters (Eg, transparency region), as well as the generation of the second and third harmonics are established. An incongruent type of formation for the фа-phases existing between the compositions of Pb4Ga4GeS (Se) 12-Pb3Ga2GeS (Se) 8 is established. The Bridgman-Stockbarger method obtained PbGa2GeSe6, Pb2GeS4 crystals. The electronic structure of PbGa2GeS6, PbGa2S4, PbGa2S5, Pb2GeS4, and PbGa6Te10, HgGa2Se4 compounds has been studied by RF and PES methods. The phase equilibrium diagrams of PbGa2S (Se) 4 – SiS (Se) 2 systems, characterized by the formation of compounds of the equimolar composition of PbGa2Si (Ge) X6, were first constructed. Phase equilibria were first investigated in TlGaS2 – Zn (Cd, Hg) S and TlGaSe2 – Zn (Cd, Hg, Fe) Se systems. These systems are eutectic in type with little solubility based on components.
