The object of researching is the obtain processes state-of-the-art high-quality elements of aircraft structures and a new reliable and valid production management system in the aerospace industry. The purpose of the research is to create scientific and applied foundations for obtaining high-quality structural elements and new effective systems of production control in aircraft and rocketry. Research methods - mathematical modeling; computational and practical field experiments; physics mechanical, X-ray and microstructural studies; metallographic analysis. Developed: scientific foundations of industrial technology of manufacturing large-sized billets for the manufacture of structural elements of products of the aerospace industry from powders of aluminum alloys, which will allow long-term operation at temperatures> 200º C; scientific basis of technology of obtaining new nanoscale composite materials with thermosetting matrix for protection of equipment of spacecraft from ionizing radiation; recommendations for obtaining defect-free thick-walled connections of high-strength titanium alloys by electron beam welding and optimum production of high-quality 12X18H10T stainless steel bimetallic adapters and BT6 titanium alloy and other. All the results obtained were obtained for the first time, so they have scientific and practical novelty. Research institutions and enterprises of Ukraine are connected with mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, aviation, rocketry, defense industry.
