The aim of the study is to develop recommendations for establishing a standard for early intervention services and approaches for determining their value to help children with disabilities and their families, with a view to developing a child and normalizing family life. The study focuses on social services provided to children (birth to 4 years) with developmental or at-risk disorders and their families. The subject of the study is the process of standardizing early intervention services.
