Theoretical and practical results: has been found that endometrial adenocarcinoma regression is most likely dependent on the degree of differentiation, the shape of tumor growth, the depth of its invasion into the myometrium, and the type of neoadjuvant therapy. The dystrophic cells of tumour cages progressively grow as far as the decline of degree of differentiation of adenocarcinoma. They are most pronounced in low-differentiated tumors after radiotherapy remote radiotherapy. The dependence of endometrial cancer pathomorphosis on neoadjuvant polychemotherapy, radiotherapy radiotherapy, which suppresses tumor proliferative properties and apoptosis activation, increases the volume of the damaged tumor. Novelty: For the first time, it has been proven that endometrial adenocarcinoma therapeutic pathomorphosis in patients with advanced endometrial cancer depends on the degree of differentiation, the shape of tumor growth, and the depth of its invasion into the myometrium. The level of expression of the investigated molecular - biological markers and estrogen and progesterone receptors depends on the presence of endometrial cancer recurrence. The effective of implementation: adjuvant chemotherapy treatment for patients with an increased risk of endometrial cancer can save about 15 thousand UAH. for one patient. Field of use: oncology.
