Analysis of prevention methods of postoperative functional disorders showed that the main indicators of the treatment effectiveness are the results of early diagnosis (CT, MRI, MRI venography, MRI-tractography, functional MRI, diffusion-weighted MRI, CT-perfusion, MRI-perfusion), differentiated approach to the choice of the optimal treatment tactic, preoperative planning of surgery, establishing its stage and sequence, intraoperative use of navigation control and intraoperative observation (intraoperative fluorescence) with the purpose of localization of the tumor location and critical structures of the brain, increased radicality and minimal trauma of surgical interventions using laser mini-invasive laser technologies, ultrasonic aspiration. One of the ways of solving the set task - is to develop methods of prevention of postoperative functional disorders in patients with paraventricular tumors using innovative methods of surgical treatment using multimodal neuroimaging 3D planning, which allows to minimize neurological deficit and increase quality of life.
