The object of study is the process of teaching economics and economic geography in institutions of general secondary education. The subject of the study is the scientific and methodological foundations of teaching economics and economic and geographical courses for the gymnasium and lyceum and their educational and methodological support; features of the formation of entrepreneurial competence in students of secondary schools and their preparation for future professional activities; pedagogical technologies and their implementation in teaching aids. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the content of the economic course and economic and geographical courses for specialized training, to develop educational and methodological support for their implementation in the didactic process. In the process of the second experimental stage of the study, monitoring was carried out for the study of entrepreneurial competence. The range of starting programs for courses behind the vibrator and the freewheeling griffins of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine was scattered.
