 Within the framework of the work, a theoretical and methodical approach to the process of selecting innovative business strategies of an industrial enterprise by means of economic and mathematical modeling is proposed; developed a methodical approach to the choice of strategies for the advance development of an industrial enterprise from the point of view of optimization according to the criterion of conformity of the parameters of its innovative activity to the interests of subjects of the innovation process; a methodological approach to identifying priority directions for the use of enterprise knowledge is developed, which, unlike the existing ones, provides for the choice of an expanded range of directions - from commercialization of knowledge-based products to the introduction of adjustments to the enterprise management system or directions for knowledge acquisition; a methodological approach to the definition of industrial enterprise innovation development strategies is proposed, which involves the use of decision tables to select types of strategies depending on the level of components of its innovation development potential, as well as their varieties, depending on the type of innovative business selected and the innovation cycle of new products.
