The subject of research is the directions of development of management accounting in multinational corporations. The main purpose of the work is to develop and substantiate conceptual bases for the further development of theoretical, methodological and organizational-methodological provisions of management accounting in transnational corporations. Research methods - general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction, generalization, induction and deduction, analogy, modeling; scientific analysis of practical issues was carried out using specific scientific methods, such as: measurement, comparison, experiment, formalization, axiomatic, hypothetical-deductive, convergence from abstract to specific and special scientific methods of research, such as: mathematical, economic-mathematical, statistical, specially accounting. In the course of the research, along with traditional methods, the epistemological method was used to clarify and deepen the content of concepts and categories in the field of management accounting theory and methodology. The results of the research and their scientific novelty: the newest paradigm of management accounting in the transnational corporations of the economy of the global information society; The concept of management accounting development in transnational corporations and scientific-based recommendations on ways of its implementation in the global information society are developed. The practical significance of the results of the study lies in the possibility of using theoretical and practical developments of management accounting for economic agents in the global information society.
