The design documentation and working model of a complex of equipment for automatic electrodynamic processing of welded specimens have been developed in order to reduce residual internal stresses and deformations.
It is established that with increasing of temperature up to 150-200 ° C in aluminum alloys in the zone of electrodynamic influence it gives an opportunity to increase the efficiency of processing without increasing the parameters on the power source.
A complex of equipment for automatic electrodynamic processing with concomitant indirect compressed arc heating burning in water-alcohol vapor is developed.
