The project provides for studies of welding stresses and their interaction with temperature and power load using modern mathematical methods on the example of responsible welded joints of the pipes with the cover of the reactor housing VVER-1000 and the collector with the branch pipe of the steam generator PGV-440 for the safety of Ukrainian NPPs.
To develop a methodology for the calculation of residual stresses in the area of composite welded joints, it is planned to use modern advances in deformation mechanics, in particular, elastic-viscous-plastic deformation of structural materials under non-isothermal conditions, taking into account the complex load in space and time, as well as the achievement of computing and numerical methods
