The purpose of the work is to improve the results of surgical treatment of the pathology of the esophagogastroduodenal zone by improving the functional reliability of valve and antireflux mechanisms with the restoration of the nutritional passage of nutrients. Research methods - clinical, instrumental, morphological, biochemical, statistical. The equipment is an esophagogastroduodenoscope, X-ray surgery unit, light microscope, photoelectrocolorimeter, spectrophotometer, manometer. Patients of group I with pathology of the pyloric sphincter are offered to perform a new combined endolaparoscopic surgery (endoscopic balloon pyloroduodenoplasty with laparoscopic combined vagotomy by Hill-Barker). , reduces the trauma of surgery and reduces the number of complications. With insufficiency of the lower esophageal sphincter in patients of group II antireflux reconstruction is achieved mobilization of the intraperitoneal region of the esophagus is not less than 4 cm, symmetrical fundoplication and restoration of the Gis angle. The structural inferiority and impossibility of convergence of diaphragm legs with their diastasis more than 3 cm, sizes of a diaphragm orifice more than 20 cm², which allowed to reduce the number of recurrences to 13,8%. The study of long-term results of mini-invasive interventions in patients with impaired patency of the lower esophageal sphincter in patients of group III with cardiac achalasia after the specified approach, showed a decrease in recurrence of the disease after the course of balloon pneumocardiodylation up to 28.0% and after laparoscopic episodes . The results of the work are implemented in the medical-preventive institutions of Ukraine and have socio  Product Description popup.authors Babiy Oleksandr M. Gaidar Yurij A. Galinskiy Oleksiy O.
