The object of the study is the population, as the main functional unit of the biological system, characterized by high sensitivity to changes in the environment and through the mechanisms of regulation produces adequate modification responses. Subject of study: species entry, naturalization and adaptation and population strategies. The purpose of the work is to find out the integral ecological and biological characteristics of the model species, which reflects their way of survival in different conditions of environmental transformation. To achieve this goal, a comprehensive study of the structural and functional parameters of populations of model species of plants, animals, and fungi in transformed and natural communities was conducted. Methods - modern methods of ecology, botany, mycology, zoology, including reconnaissance, detail-trip, the field of accounting, morpho-metric and population analysis, and statistical and theoretical synthesis method. A study on the population level under different environmental conditions of model species of plants Juglans L. (Juglandaceae DC. ex Perleb), Elytrigia Desv., species Bothriochloa ischaemum (L.) Keng (Poaceae), Ballota nigra L. (Lamiaceae), Solidago сanadensis L. (Asteraceae), xylotrophs of the Ganodermataceae Donk. та insect Sceliphron curvatum Smith, 1870 (Sphecidae, Hymenoptera) allowed to assess the ecological features of native species, environmental adaptation in the secondary area of alien biocenotical determine their optimum and adaptive capacity for analysis and early warning of threats to the natural biodiversity. The concept and structure of the "Information system for threat assessment of alien species of Ukraine" are presented. A critical analysis of the alien plant species of Ukraine - Asteraceae, Poaceae, Brassicaceae, affylophoroid fungi, and freshwater alien species of Actinopterygii class (by taxonomic, biomorphological, ecological, coenotic, subtidal, subtidal, time).
