Polymorphic variants G894T, T-786C and 4b / 4a (enOS3 gene); C677T, A1298C (MTHFR gene), A66G (MTRR gene), A2756G (MTR gene), C-148T (β-fibrinogen gene), T833C (CBS gene), C-489G (GNMT gene), and A6792G (ALDH1L1-AS2 gene) ) were detected in all study groups. The genotype 833SS of the CBS gene was not detected in any case. Pathological alleles -148T (FGB gene), 1298C and 677T (MTHFR gene) are significantly associated with the risk of ischemic stroke. Pathological alleles 4a (eNOS3 gene) and 66G (MTRR gene) and 833C (CBS gene) are significantly associated with the risk of hemorrhagic stroke. The risk allele of the A6792G polymorphism (ALDH1L1-AS2 gene) occurs at a frequency of 0.33 among Europeans living in Ukraine and is a significant risk factor for both types of stroke. Combinations of genotypes 4b4a and 894GT (eNOS gene) with genotype -148ST (gene FGB) increase the risk of ischemic stroke by 20%. Analysis of intergenic interactions identified the best prognostic models for the risk of acute cerebral circulatory disorders (ACCD). The content of CD105 + cells in the venous blood of carriers 677T of the MTHFR gene allele is higher than that of wild type 677C alleles. The content of CD105 + mesenchymal stem cells has an inverse correlation with the blood plasma homocysteine content of patients with ACCD. Product Description popup.authors Vasilyeva Irina G.
