popup.description2
Sustainable development is a viable, secure, self-sustaining, well-balanced development. Green computing and communication is a modern field of development of information and communication technologies (ICT) and part of theoretical and applied developments of ICT for the sustainable development of society as a whole (Green by ICT). Reducing the cost of resources and ensuring the lifecycle of software and hardware, computer systems and networks, and ICT infrastructures (Green in ICT). The urgency of the problem is due to the fact that along with the environmental benefits of using the latest ICTs, the costs of resources for the ICT infrastructure and its systems are increasing (they can increase by 5 times over the next 15 years and make up 10 percent of the world's energy costs) impact on the security of services, industrial systems, critical infrastructure. These costs and risks become unacceptable to users, developers, ICT stakeholders, the state as a whole. The project develops the methodological foundations for sustainable and secure development, new scientific methods, and information technologies of the CPC to ensure it. In the second stage, the principles of green logic for programmable crystals and theoretical and experimental methods of estimating and reducing energy consumption, as well as improving the energy efficiency of programmable tools (microprocessors, microcontrollers, FPGAs) in the design, debugging and use of embedded systems, were performed. FPGA as a Service), taking into account the requirements for time, reliability and security; mathematical models and methods for analysis and forecasting of green software ecosystems development, software logic systems and distributed computations based on cloud and IoT systems have been developed; developed methods and technologies to support the sustainable development of green computing and communications.
