The object of the study is the state of rendering specialized neurosurgical care in severe traumatic brain injury and cerebrovascular disorders in Ukraine.
The purpose of the work is to optimize the organization of providing specialized neurosurgical care to patients in the presence of severe traumatic brain injury and cerebrovascular disorders.
Research methods - clinical and statistical analysis of indicators of neurosurgical care in patients with severe traumatic brain injury and cerebrovascular pathology.
On the basis of clinical and statistical analysis of indicators of rendering neurosurgical care to patients with severe traumatic brain injury and cerebrovascular pathology, recommendations on optimization of the medical care system were developed, proposals were submitted to the MOH order "On approval of comprehensive measures for ensuring proper prophylaxis and treatment9 -2022 ", draft Regulations on a network of health care facilities providing inpatient care to adult patients with acute stroke volume, the draft Stroke Strategy in Ukraine for 2020-2030.
Practical meaning. The implementation of the results obtained during the implementation of research into practical health care will improve the availability and quality of specialized neurosurgical care for patients with severe traumatic brain injury and cerebrovascular pathology and improve the quality of life of patients.
Optimization of the organization of neurosurgical care for patients with severe TBI and cerebrovascular disorders will be important medico-social and economic value, and will improve the treatment outcomes of such patients.
