In the work it is also has been applied the algebrayzation scheme for boundary value problems, which allows to construct more convenient and explicit algorithms of distribution of inhomogeneities in both planes of planar structures simultaneously, including taking into account interaction between inhomogeneities of different types and to study physical phenomena (resonance phenomena), which are related to them.
