The aim of the work is to improve the results of treatment of patients with malignant intracerebral tumors by applying modern chemotherapeutic and radiation technologies, taking into account the molecular genetic features of tumor tissue. MGMT and PTEN gene expression studies were performed using real-time PCR and the EGFR (classic PCR) gene mutation in tumor tissue of gliomas and metastases was examined. The content of perfusion computed tomography (PCT) in the timely diagnosis of continued growth of malignant gliomas of the brain is analyzed. Stereotactic radiosurgery technologies have been improved, optimal radiation regimens and methods for increasing the radiosensitivity of tumors have been developed. The effect of radiosensitizers, in particular 5-nitroimidazole derivatives, on the results of radiosurgery was studied. Product Description popup.authors Bondaruk Olga S. Vasilyeva Irina G.
