Object of research - processes of diagnostics, forecasting and neutralization of risk of investment-innovative activity of the enterprise. The purpose of the research work is to summarize and analyze models for evaluating investment and innovation risks, to study the theoretical concept and methodology of risk management, to develop effective methods of risk management of investment activity of the enterprise. Methods of work - monographic, comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction, deduction, graphic, design, design, chain substitutions, strategic analysis, formalization, analogy and others. The generalized scientific result of the work is the development of scientifically sound recommendations for improving the effectiveness of risk assessment of investment and innovation activities of the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to develop a conceptual systematic approach to the assessment of investment and innovation risks of the enterprise. The practical significance of the obtained results is to develop scientific and methodological and practical recommendations for improving the methodology for assessing investment and innovation risks of the enterprise. The results of the study will serve as a methodology for the management of enterprises in order to improve the efficiency of investment and innovation activities.
