The object of study is the activities and processes of capital formation and utilization in forestry enterprises. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological aspects of the activity, accounting and analysis in forestry. The purpose is to summarize and deepen the theoretical and methodological principles of optimization of activity, its accounting and analysis of the forestry enterprise. Methods of work: observation, comparison, evaluation, analysis, synthesis, materialistic dialectics, environmental incentives, financial responsibility, modeling, etc. On the basis of the complex research, the concept of accounting of natural capital of forestry enterprises with consideration of all forest resources was determined, the design of the system of financial reporting of branch affiliation was carried out, the model of optimization and forecasting of capital structure was proposed.
