The purpose of the work is to establish the features and regularities of cell-tissue responses of TMO regeneration in the application of artificial membranes at experimental TBI for theoretical refinement and substantiation of criteria.Research methods - experimental, versatile morphological (histological, electron microscopy), physical (infrared spectroscopy), chemical, statistical. The work deals with a topical topic in neurosurgery - plastics of the dura mater. Effective plastics have two main functions: to create conditions for the tightness of the TMO closure and to reduce the likelihood of adhesion between the TMF substitute and the cerebral cortex.Advantages of artificial biodegradable materials (materials that are absorbed in the body) when choosing a plastic material in their ability to serve for fibroblasts frame to form a similar TMO tissue. To reduce the formation of fissures between the soft tissues of the skull and the dura mater or a TMO substitute, the use of additional plastic material is especially useful in decompression of the skull to facilitate further bone defect plasticity. The work deals with macrovisual, histological, molecular research (infrared spectroscopy) on comparative evaluation of collagen, chitosan TM substitutes, application of gelatin film for the prevention of adhesions between soft tissues of the skull and TMO or its substitute.  Product Description popup.authors Vaslovich Victoria V.
