The available tare table to create a given deformation of up to 3000 µε by stretching a metal strip of thickness up to 0.5 mm, wide up to 10 mm, and long 160 mm was upgraded. The specified deformation can be set by lengthening with an accuracy of 2 µm using micrometric screws manually, which corresponds to the accuracy of a given deformation of 12.5 µε. The upgraded design is a standalone mobile device that connects directly to the LMS SCADAS Mobile.
