The results are obtained in the form of scientifically grounded and created by the authors new types of equipment and technologies for material processing, complex profile surfaces and object manipulation for various technological operations in mechanical engineering. The main way to improve and improve the quality of complex profiled interior surfaces is a comprehensive methodology for evaluating the strength, kinematic, elastic properties of equipment, taking into account the plasticity of deformation cells and their consideration in feedback with the control workflows. The sequence of technological and design actions, which provide directional search of technological schemes that provide the production of internal profiles of precision tubular products of the required geometry according to production needs, has been developed.
