The purpose of scientific work is to develop methodological and methodological bases for the introduction of innovative technologies in marketing, planning and analysis of entrepreneurial activity on the basis of the concept of margin approach, on the basis of which methodologies, instructions and methodological recommendations for the evaluation of different areas of entrepreneurial activity should be formed. Traditional and specific research methods were used in the research, including: historical approach, regression-correlation and stochastic analyzes, system analysis, methods of economic and mathematical modeling, comparative analysis, institutional method, case method, method of indicative and proactive planning, and methods of evaluation of innovative projects, pricing of products, comparisons and analogies, formation of strategy of innovative development of the enterprise. Were developed: a fundamentally new approach to the problem of the distribution of fixed costs; method of profit margin analysis; the method of analysis of overcoming of losses at the conditions of multinomenclature production; the method of pricing for innovative products of industrial and technical purpose; target planning methodology for multi-product production; the methodology of flexible management of costs, profits and prices.
