Object of the study: sexually transmitted infections, HIV. The purpose of the research was to improve the methods of treatment and prevention of STIs / HIV among users of psychoactive substances and their contact persons on the basis of new data on pathomorphosis, the nature of immunopathogenesis, the influence of sexual networks on the spread of individual STIs. Research methods: epidemiological, sociological, statistical, bacteriological, molecular-biological, clinical, biochemical. In the course of the research, the algorithm of complex clinical and laboratory examination and treatment-and-prophylactic measures for patients with mixed STI infection was determined, taking into account the detection of the surface antigen of viral hepatitis B and C and certain disorders of the immune system, namely the state of cytokine profile 6, IL 8, IFN-γ), particularly among vulnerable populations, including psychoactive substance users, with further study of genital networks related to the spread of urogenital infections.
