In the in vitro study of the primary pharmacodynamics of nanocomposites, it was found that among the 12 tested lines of malignant cells, the cells of hormone-dependent neoplasms (breast, prostate, and pancreas) were the most sensitive to the cytotoxic / cytostatic action of the nanocomposite. The least sensitive to the cytotoxic effect of the nanocomposite were the intestinal cancer cells. The cytotoxic effects of nanocomposites on cells of all tested normal cells of different histogenesis have been shown to be less noticeable compared to the effects of cisplatin. The nanocomposite was found to be able to initiate the process of apoptosis in malignant cells of the tested lines by mitochondrial pathway. This is evidenced by a decrease in the functional activity of mitochondria, cardiolipin , as well as a decrease in the expression level of the anti-apoptotic protein Bcl -2 on the background of an increase in the expression level of the pro-apoptotic Bax protein. It was found that the nanocomposite causes inhibition of cell proliferation of the studied lines by increasing the expression level of the p21 WAF1 / CIP1 - - cell cycle regulator protein and its relocalization from the cytoplasm to the nucleus. The established parameters of LD50 of antitumor nanocomposite indicate gender differences in the sensitivity of the drug to acute action and indicates a greater vulnerability of females to its toxicity. According to clinical and laboratory studies, as well as morphometric studies, macroscopy of the incision and microscopy of the internal organs with acute intoxication with the drug under study, the target organ is the kidneys. Observations of the central nervous system condition, conducted by the " open field", indicating that that the antitumor nanocomposite, studied after single intraperitoneal administration d Product Description popup.authors Boshytska Natalia V.
