Description

 Object of research – formation of doses of human exposure when using radioactively contaminated wood in industrial thermal power plants, as well as the dynamics of radionuclide behavior in soil and root flow into the biomass of forests (trees) depending on the soil conditions in the late phase of the Chornobyl accident. Subject of research – allowable levels of radionuclides in fuel wood and mass specific activity of 137Cs and 90Sr in biomass of forests of Zhytomyr, Rivne and Kyiv regions in long-term dynamics.
