Description

Object of study - medicinal substances (MS), human serum albumin. The subject of the study is to determine the binding parameters of some MSs to human serum albumin by quenching luminescence. Research methods - spectrophotometry, fluorescence spectroscopy. The basic idea of the work was to extend the capabilities of the luminescent method of analysis to determine the binding of some medicinal substances to human serum albumin (HSA). It was necessary to establish the interaction of some drugs with HSA and to determine the binding parameters: constants, the number of binding sites and the distance between the donor (HSA) and the acceptor (MS); and to develop highly sensitive methods for the determination of residual quantities of propoxazepam from the surfaces of pharmaceutical equipment.
