According to the results of a complex of experimental studies: it is determined that the initiation of the cavitation mechanism in the tube of the cavitation extractor contributes to the maximum extraction of the target substance from vegetable raw materials; on the stand of study of kinetics of drying of single droplets in the stream of coolant and on spray dryer RC-1,3 the influence of different heat-technological conditions and characteristics of mushroom suspension on the efficiency of the drying process, the yield of powder and the obtained quality indicators were studied; features of heat and mass transfer in the process of aeration of liquid media are determined; The influence of shear stresses and vibrational effects on the nature of the flow, the fluidity of nanodispersed systems and their homogeneity were investigated at the stand for the study of thermal and physicochemical processes in highly dispersed liquid systems.Developed: a pulsating cavitation apparatus with a working capacity of 40 l, energy-efficient aeration-oxidizing installation of rotary type for intensification of the process of oxygen absorption in liquid media, rotary-pulsating apparatus of disk-cylindrical type for processing highly dispersed systems kg. The efficiency of the application of the proposed equipment, which implements the method of discrete-impulse energy input in the technologies: extraction of biologically-active substances from vegetable raw materials; processing of shiitake mushroom; water treatment and cultivation of microorganisms; obtaining highly dispersed therapeutic and prophylactic application pastes.
