The bactericidal and antifungal effect of carbon dioxide hop extract relative to the studied test strains of microorganisms is proved. An optimal composition of a medicinal composition with an extract of carbon dioxide hop in the form of a gel has been developed. It is proved that the new medicinal composition with carbon dioxide hop extract in the form of a gel has a high antimicrobial effect on both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and fungi of the genus Malassezia and Candida
